lol yes.  i am still alive.  xanga has taken a back seat over the last few weeks in an attempt to get caught up on all of the school work that i've pushed aside for the last three months or so.

notice i said "in an attempt to..."

my goal has not been reached.  i am still dangerously behind, but i'm working on it.  i'm just ready for christmas for the most part.  ready for a REAL break.  ready for decorations.  ready for christmas carols.  ready for family.  ready for food.  ready for lights.  ready for snow.

gah... is it time yet?

so what is everyone up to?  and no... that isn't a rhetorical question...

Things I've learned:

Deal or No Deal stresses me out, but I can't turn it off.
I need more than three hours of sleep per night to be productive in any way.
Two of my roommates are most definitely a crazy pair.
I'm completely and totally in love with fall weather.
I allow myself to get entirely too over-excited about things... but it's too much fun not to.
My apartment is quickly turning into one giant wedding extravaganza.
My bowling score is pathetic.

That's all for now!  Wow... is this what my life has come to?  Writing pointless lists becuase of some deep desire to write something... ANYTHING... on this stupid thing?  I have yet to understand the obsession...

Went on a date last Thursday with a great guy - absolutely wonderful.

Going on another date this Tuesday with the same great guy - do I dare hope for the best?

I just turned down the Arkansas Democrat Gazette paper salesman who came to our door.

I'm going to feel bad for days now... I hate saying no to people... Even Arkansas Democrat Gazette paper people...
